Alberta Ballet presents "Giselle" at Calgary's Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium. A cornerstone of Romantic ballet, the work tells of a young peasant girl betrayed in love who, after her death, joins the Wilis, vengeful spirits of the night. A production by the Alberta company, set to Adolphe Adam's score.
